Teams are assigned a priority number on the waiting list based upon the information we received from the Entry form & Extended Entry form (we need both). If a team did not send in an extended entry form, we could not assigned a number for the team as we did not have enough information. The waiting list assignments were made as of information we had in our hands on August 23, 2007.

If you are on the waiting list and there is a change that places your team in the tournament we will contact you directly. If you are on the waiting list & wish a refund please send in the form at the bottom of the letter informing you of the team status on the waiting list or the letter explaining that we did not receive an extended entry form. If you do not have that letter please send us by Regular US mail, a note with the following information: team name, age group, coaches name, where the check should be sent, and to whom the check should be made out to. Send this information in writing by Regular US Mail to Craig Brooks, 19753 E Belleview Pl., Centennial, CO. Refunds are checked and double checked for all information ,team name, coach, cleared funds, etc, and then the services of a CPA are used. This is all done after your request is marked received. Approximate time to process the request is four to eight weeks after reciept of your request.
